Job Title: Funeral Service Operative - Casual Hours - No Experience Necessary

Whilst they may not work as many hours as our full-time workers, our casual Funeral Service Operatives are a vital part of our team, helping to make sure we are able to deliver consistently high standards no matter how busy we are. If you're looking for an active, part-time role with variable hours, where no two days will be the same, then we'd love to hear from you. No experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

The duties of a Funeral Service Operative include:

- Driving ceremonial vehicles, bearing coffins and working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of every funeral.
- Bringing the deceased into our care and assist with coffin deliveries.
- Fitting coffins, and preparing the deceased for their final journey
- Cleaning company vehicles in line with company policies and procedures
-Ensuring the mortuary and workshop areas remain clean and tidy at all times
- Working on-call and out of hours shifts

The successful applicant will have a full driving licence, and be able to maintain the highest levels of standards every step of the way. As an ambassador of the business you will lead by example, ensuring that the company’s policies and practices are met and exceeded.
