Job Title: bookkeeping
I need someone to help me with some bookkeeping and encoding receipts in Excel.
I am looking for someone that could do the following:
1. Encode receipts from my credit card statements into Excel. I regularly use my personal credit card for company expenses and need these to be recorded into Excel so that I can then invoice the company the correct totals. I work in various currencies, as many of these expenses are incurred when travelling
3. Process receipts and calculate the sterling pounds equivalent for those expenses.
2. Encode quarterly bookkeeping in XERO. Are you familiar with XERO?
Could you kindly let me know whether you are qualified for these tasks?
The work in XERO should involve a couple of days before each quarter end.
The work on the receipts would likely be 1-2 days per month, but this will depend on the volume, sometimes there is very little, sometimes more, so it would be flexible, depending on needs.
Finally, if you are interested, would you kindly give me some information on your qualifications and the type of work you have done in the past and what you are good at, so that I can evaluate how your profile matches my needs.
