Job Title: Office Administrator part time


Hugga is a small sportswear manufacturer based in Sheffield. We manufacture our own brand of sportswear for rowing teams, running teams and more. We also manufacture sportswear for other businesses, including tennis gear, cycling kit, swimwear etc. We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our growing team and to take on much of the day to day administrative duties so we can focus on building our business.

You will be responsible for -

- Managing new orders into our production flow as they come in
- Making sure that each order is delivered on time
- Dealing with customer emails & returns
- Ordering supplies (eg. fabric) to keep production flowing
- Invoicing
- Some book keeping & stock keeping
- Further general administrative work as required

The role will suit -

- An experienced administrator who can hit the ground running and make an instant impact on our workflow
- Someone who is passionate about the details
- A self starter who works well with a diverse team with differing skillsets

This is a part time role up to 2.5 days a week and ideally we would like someone who can work in the mornings. However, we are flexible and for the right candidate will happily shape the role around any other commitments.
