Job Title: Sales Relations Coordinator

Descripiton:

Who We Are:

the-Bias-Cut.com is the first pro-age premium fashion online retailer. We believe that style doesn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t fade with age, and our aim is to cut through this prejudice by empowering grown up women and celebrating style at every age. We sell contemporary independent labels, as well as our own label, curating unique collections with our customer in mind and modelling them on real 40+ women.

Inspired by her mum, the-Bias-Cut.com was solely founded by our 26 year old CEO and launched in March 2016 with just 4 labels. Nearly 3 years later we have 30+ (and growing) independent brands, a swiftly growing international customer base and following, and have been featured in the likes of The Guardian, The New Statesman and other leading publications.

Furthering our cause, we have also founded the movement/campaign \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Ageism Is Never In Style\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" - a global campaign with 3k+ supporters which challenges the Fashion Industry\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s ageist attitudes, and has received support from some of the Industry\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s most revered individuals.

Whilst still a very small small business, we regularly work with some of the most respected names in the Fashion Industry, including those in marketing, manufacturing, and stylists and photographers.

What We Are Looking For:

As Sales & Relations Coordinator responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- managing, fulfilling and updating orders, liaising with our stock room
- managing our online inventory
- organising deliveries and collections
- liaising with our courier service
- liaising with designers
- managing returns and exchanges
- responding to customer queries (mostly via email)
- writing product copy and uploading images onto the site
- publishing new products to the site
- managing and updating prices
- managing content for our social media channels
- producing content for our mailing list

Skills required:

- exceptional attention to detail
- strong communication skills and team work
- proficient use of microsoft word and excel
- comfortable with computers
- a quick learner
- time management
- patience
- excellent initiative
- strong typing and writing skills

Our website is on the leading ecommerce platform Shopify. Whilst understanding of the platform is preferred, it is not necessary. It is very intuitive and we will teach you how to use it.

An interest in fashion/style and the industry is preferred but not necessary.

We are looking for someone who shares our values of integrity, passion and ending age prejudice within the Fashion Industry. You must be equally committed to providing an exceptional service and experience for our customers.

Days can be flexible, and will be up to (but not necessarily) 21 hours a week, at £10 an hour, which can be spread across days with agreement. Working hours will be during Monday - Friday.

You will often be working out of the office, so you must have your own laptop/computer to be able to work from.

Overall this is a great opportunity to join a disruptive fashion start-up, dedicated to challenging and ending ageist attitudes, and providing women of all ages with confidence and joy through style. We are excited about the level of experience and knowledge you will bring to the team, as well as being inspired by your ideas and suggestions on how to take the-Bias-Cut.com and our mission to the next level.

We look forward to hearing from you.
