Job Title: Corporate Assistant


The main purpose for this part-time/ flexible working role is to provide compliance and corporate support services to the CFO and the team in general within a framework of a Single Family Office.


Typically, your main responsibilities would include:

Liaising with colleagues and overseas partners in relation to:

Drafting/amending/updating of corporate documentation
Preparation and circulation of resolutions
Arranging the execution of resolutions and agreements
Assisting with the incorporation of new companies
Assisting with the distribution of shareholder correspondence
Maintenance of Group Organogram
Assisting with the opening of corporate, banking and trading accounts
Assisting with the formation of structures
Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory changes

Other ad hoc legal and compliance assistance, such as:

Preparing intercompany and other agreements
Organisation of board meetings
Production, collation and circulation of associated documentation
Preparation of meeting minutes
Maintaining records of Investment Committee meetings
Organizing Investments closing documents

Ideal candidate:

Experience working in compliance, legal, accountancy or financial services environment, for e.g. corporate/ finance paralegal, solicitor, compliance professional, retired professional
Personable, flexible and enthusiastic approach to teamwork within a small and friendly “family” office
Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering, Data Privacy, Financial Regulation legislation
Ability to work as part of a small team, taking on any additional responsibilities as required
Ability to manage own workload
Interest in flexible working
Intermediate Microsoft Office applications experience essential
